RETURN POLICY
DAMAGED ITEMS
First of all, we are sorry to hear this happened! We are more than happy to assist. Please email your name and order details along with images of the item(s) to [email protected] immediately upon opening the package.
REFUNDS
Once we have received your return request, we will notify you within 2 – 5 business days whether the return was approved. If approved, it may take up to 3 (three) business days for the amount to reflect in your nominated bank account. Please take note that the purchase of any item on sale is final and cannot be returned.
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer nationwide shipping. Standard shipping may vary between 3 – 20 business days from date of purchase.
Free shipping is available when purchasing 3 (three) or more items.
In the event that you need the item urgently, send us a message to request overnight shipping and we will try our best to accommodate you.
SHIPPING TERMS
D&D is not responsible for lost, misplaced or delayed shipments or damaged items after the package has been dispatched. D&D can also not be held liable for any lost/stolen packages that have been couriered to the address as provided by the client. The client accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the courier company for any damaged or lost shipments. D&D will not be held liable for mis-delivery errors via courier or incorrect shipping information.
While we always strive to bring your package to you timeously, please take note that delivery times may vary depending on factors that are out of our control, such as weather conditions or logistical constraints.
